Radiarc-From The Moon
The background is very nicely done and the effect on Luna's mane is among the best I've seen in fandom.
Luna herself seems a bit "out of character" from her look... it's like she's closer to a filly then her usual self we know from the show; this is most particuarly striking with her face, which lacks that mature feel the former Nightmare Moon gives out. But, regardless to that, she turned out nice, even seemingly longing for something with her expression.
Overall it's a nice job.
